Sstem; misc. alum piping upgrades; repairs to alum tanks; structural retrofit of existing facility; replacement of building cladding and misc. architectural upgrades; electrical distribution equipment; lighting upgrades; new hot water boiler; various new and upgraded building heating, ventilation and HVAC systems
