The work shall include all labour, equipment and materials to complete the work as shown on the Contract Drawings and described in the Specifications. The work will include but not necessarily be limited to the following: · 
Construction of 500 square metre, single storey marina building in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Building includes public gathering room, lounge areas, toilet and shower facilities, public washrooms, offices, service rooms, and snack bar facilities.  
Site construction in accordance with approved drawings to include, access road and parking facilities, site services and utilities, site grading, footpath network and pedestrian concourse.  Site landscaping in accordance with approved drawings, to include, plantings, site furniture, and accessories.  Electrical work to include service to building and site. Construction
of a steel sheet pile wall in accordance with approved drawings Co-ordination with architectural, engineering
and landscape architectural consultants responsible for building and site design.
