The work involves the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials for the removal of the existing concrete sidewalk/asphalt boulevard and replacement with concrete sidewalk on both North and South sides of Dundas Street West from Maclellan Street to Queen Street, including intersection aprons (and applicable appurtenances).

Scope items include: traffic control, removal of existing concrete sidewalk and applicable appurtenances (i.e. tactile plates), removal of curb, full-depth removal of the asphalt boulevard, installation of concrete sidewalk/aprons, installation of tactile plates, installation of curb & gutter, horizontal saw cutting of existing curb, and placement of topsoil & seed.
