The City of Quinte West currently uses a manual system of receiving and processing Planning Act applications. The Planning Department is looking to modernize and create efficiencies for planning applications. 

The ideal platform will be property-based and support digital transitioning to a paper-free workflow including electronic application intake, online payments, real time collaboration across departments. It should also integrate seamlessly with the City’s existing infrastructure, including ArcGIS. This transformation is expected to reduce administrative overhead, improve service delivery and enhance transparency for both staff & residents.
