A MANDATORY SITE MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR WED. JANUARY 18, 2017 AT 10:00 A.M. DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FREE OF CHARGE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2017 COPIES PRINTED FOR DISTRIBUTION BY THE CITY OF QUINTE WEST COPIES ARE SUBJECT TO A NON-REFUNDABLE DOCUMENT FEE. THIS SPECIFIC DOCUMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50.00 FEE (tax included) The Duncan McDonald Memorial Gardens in Trenton houses our Junior “A” Hockey Team, the Trenton Golden Hawks. The team and the city jointly will host the 2017 Dudley Hewitt Cup in the Duncan McDonald Memorial Gardens the first week in May, 2017. In preparation for this event, a need to expand the Media Booth / Music Booth / Announcer’s Booth was identified. The design of the booth has been completed and this tender will result in the selection of a qualified Contractor to complete the construction of the project. |
