This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is open to all qualified contractors who wish to be considered for provision of services as detailed herein. The RFPQ document outlines the scope of work, responsibilities of the contractors, requirements for the RFPQ submission, and related conditions and specifications. Please read the document carefully to ensure that all required documentation is included in your sealed envelope with your pricing information that you return The call out list resulting from the responses to this RFPQ will be effective April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2017. |
