Description: 

The work, as described within, is for the repurpose of an existing 18,000 sq ft public works facility, for the future use of Quinte Access Transportation, Quinte Waste Solutions, and Trenton Care & Share Food Bank.

Mandatory Pre Bid Meeting :  February 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.

The work shall include all labour, equipment and materials to complete the work as shown on the Contract Drawings and described in the Specifications. The work will include but not necessarily be limited to the following:

Demolition and Construction of Electrical, including instrumentation, lighting and data.

Demolition and Construction of various walls and mezzanine, including structural steel, framing, fire separation, and finishes.

Demolition and Construction of Mechanical HVAC systems.

Demolition and Construction of Plumbing.

Repairs and modifications to Existing Salt/Sand Shed.

Trenching and conduit install for future fiber optic communications run.

Site landscaping including parking lot grading, asphalt and sodding.

Various exterior works including chain link fencing, concrete demolition, bollards and
signage.
