Consideration of demolition is a result of the failure of the property owner to comply with the City’s Property Standards By-law.  In accordance with that same by-law, Council has the authority to order the building demolished, and final award will be at their sole discretion. 

The anticipated outcome of this Tender Call is the selection of a qualified Contractor to complete the works as detailed herein.  The successful tenderer will have the experience, knowledge and resources to complete the scope of work on time, and within budget.
