    1. The work involves the supply of all labour, equipment and materials for the installation of conduit and ground access structures as per the included drawings for the Oak St. Water Tower expansion of the City’s fiber infrastructure in the City of Quinte West. 


    1. The work items include:   Traffic Control, Installation of conduit, Installation of access structures, Restoration of surrounding areas, Connections to existing structures
