The work shall include all labour, equipment and materials to complete the work shown on the Contract Drawings and described in the Specifications. The work will include but not necessarily be limited to the following: Construction of a new approx. 9,300 SM operations building including a Fleet Maintenance Garage with three service bays, new welding, machine and meter workshops, administrative offices, lunch room, indoor and outdoor vehicle wash bays, sand/salt storage, materials and equipment storage, a new fuel station with an above ground tank and material storage bins. Project Completion - On or before Sept. 30, 2016 |
