This Request for Quote (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Quinte West (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit bids for Supply & Delivery of Self-Contained Loader Mounted Snow Blower  as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables").
