The City of Quinte West is seeking quotation responses from qualified high voltage electrical contractors to perform comprehensive high voltage maintenance, substation inspections, and infrared scanning across municipal facilities. This is a new city contract designed to satisfy municipal insurance requirements and address risk assessment concerns for critical city infrastructure. Refer to the Deliverables section for further detail. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of One (1) Year, commencing upon the date of contract execution, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional four (4) terms of one (1) year each. Renewal options will be considered based on satisfactory service performance and good value. |
