The work involves the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials for completing the construction of a retaining wall, sidewalk and pedestrian/traffic barrier system on Fairview Crescent.

The work items include: traffic control, the removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, installation of new concrete sidewalk, full depth asphalt removal, horizontal curb cutting, topsoil and sod, supply and placement of Type II Limestone Granular A & B, excavation for and installation of a retaining wall system with pedestrian and traffic barrier system.

Commencement of work will be May 4, 2026 and with substantial completion on or before July 10, 2026 with final completion on or before July 24, 2025.
