The City owns the facility located at 1620 Wallbridge-Loyalist Road, RR5, Belleville, ON (Tucker’s Corners) and is now accepting tenders for completion of renovations necessary to make this building more accessible. Work of this Contract
comprises washroom renovations. The
interior work will consist of the replacement of the existing washroom fixtures
and accessories and replacement of the existing finished flooring. The interior work will also include the
construction of a new barrier free universal washroom complete with mechanical
and electrical systems. The exterior
work will include installation of a new septic tank and pumping chamber
complete with mechanical and electrical systems. Work also includes the construction of a
barrier-free ramp. |
