The City of Quinte West (the ‘City’) is seeking proposals from a qualified multi-disciplinary Consulting Engineering firm to prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, tender documents, tender period assistance, and obtain all necessary approvals, while following the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) process as a Schedule A+ undertaking, for the replacement of the Dundas Street East Bridge.
