The City of Quinte West is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the Trenton Wastewater Treatment Plant (TWWTP) Phase 2A and 2B upgrades. The assignment includes completion of a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Addendum, assimilative capacity assessment, preliminary design and detailed electrical design to support implementation of the Phase 2 expansion works. The intent of this RFP is to retain a qualified multi-disciplinary consulting team with demonstrated experience in wastewater treatment plant design, environmental assessment, and complex electrical systems.
