The City of Quinte West (the ‘City’) is seeking proposals from an experienced and qualified multi-disciplinary Consulting Engineering firm to prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, tender documents, tender period assistance, and obtain all necessary approvals, while following the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) process as a Schedule A+ undertaking, for the replacement of the following Bridges and Structures:

  • Front Street Bridge Replacement.
  • 2nd Dug Hill Road Culvert Replacement.
  • Frankford Road Culvert Replacement.
