STIRLING-RAWDON & DISTRICE RECREATION CENTRE (arena) REQUEST FOR QUOTATION RC 15-02 LIGHTING UPGRADE - Installation A MANDATORY pre-bid site meeting is scheduled for January 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. local time. This is not a City of Quinte West project. This bid opportunity is posted to this site for your convenience in obtaining the documentation and as a courtesy to Stirling-Rawdon and their cooperative agreement with our city. Detailed RFQ packages are available for pick up at the Township of Stirling-Rawdon Municipal Offices, 2529 Stirling-Marmora Road, Stirling On K0K 3E0 OR may be downloaded at no charge from this site. Submissions properly endorsed and sealed in an envelope with the return label displayed will be received at the Stirling –Rawdon Municipal Ofice on or before January 19, 2016 at 2:00:00 p.m. local time. Local time is in accordance with the clock located in the reception area of the municipal office which will be deemed conclusive. Late submissions will not be considered.
