Description: 

The City’s Public Works and Environmental Services Dept. is responsible for the supply and metering of municipal water to the Trenton, Frankford, Bayside, Batawa and Glen Miller areas within the boundaries of the City of Quinte West.  Within those boundaries are approximately fifteen hundred (1500 ) residential water meters of various sizes, primarily 5/8”, ¾” , to be changed. (approximately 500 per year).  In addition to meter change outs there is a requirement to inspect approximately 2500 homes for proper bonding around the water meter.   Those successful in placement on the Call Out Roster will work in conjunction with the city’s Customers and designated city staff to administer the program.
