The work involves the supply of all labour, equipment and materials to a) remove and dispose of the existing roof system, including insulation, flashings, siding and other related roofing materials, and b) supply all labour, equipment and materials for the construction of a new Rubberized Built-up Roofing system including insulation, modifications to the parapets, and metal flashings as indicated in the tendered specifications and drawings provided.
