The City of Quinte West was formed in 1998 by the amalgamation of four former municipalities – City of Trenton, Village of Frankford, Sidney Township and Murray Township.  With a population of approx. 43,000, the City of Quinte West is just 90 minutes east of Toronto on Highway 401.

The City is now accepting proposals for the supply and delivery of two (2) new/alternate (demo) 4 wheel drive integral backhoe/loader, minimum 90 H.P., with a minimum 18 foot maintenance digging depth to be used in the Public Works Department for construction maintenance projects
