Through this Request for Proposal the City of Quinte West intends to retain an experienced and qualified Consultant Team to complete the preliminary and detailed design for the revitalization and urbanization of 2nd Dug Hill Road from Highway 2 to 1.2km south to the stormwater management pond located at 183 2nd Dug Hill Road.
